Membership

New members bring with them not only original ideas but fresh thought and outlook on established events. Everyone has a contribution to make and we would welcome yours. We fully appreciate that members have responsibilities outside of Lions and that business and family commitments always take priority, but whatever skills, time, or experience you can contribute will be fully appreciated. 

Events don't run themselves and we need all the manpower we can get to ensure a successful activity. Could you steward for a Heart Beat Wales run, sell raffle tickets at fetes, greet the elderly at a tea party, prepare parcels for the needy, run a childrens' football competition? - then we need you. If you have organizing or planning skills to back up these events, we need you.

We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 8.00pm at the Whitchurch Rugby Centre, Samuels Crescent, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF142TH to discuss activities. We keep formalities to about an hour followed by an informal coffee period for those who want to stay socially, or to clear up some of the business details. The third Thursdays in the month are for social events.
